The project consists of three buildings with 55 apartments and a communal room that enhances social interaction. Five apartment types are combined into distinct volumes, shaped by recessed areas and staggered heights. A new residential street provides access, with alternating play areas, gardens, entrances, and courtyards that create visual connections. Toward the eastern single-family homes, courtyards, and the transition from two to three stories ensure a scale that fits the neighborhood.
A fourth story appears only along Vorachstraße, where the communal room with an integrated bus stop is located. Shared outdoor spaces are available for gardening, play, and relaxation, complemented by an 800 m² public playground to the south. Generous bicycle storage and bright circulation spaces support active and social living. Apartments offer two to three orientations, large windows, and sheltered terraces. The buildings use a concrete frame with timber façades, and energy is supplied by geothermal heat pumps and 90 kWp of rooftop PV.
