DAWN to DUSK is designed to offer a seamless experience from morning to night, combining a café, restaurant, bar, and glass house with a spacious outdoor area. The concept is inspired by the cycle of the sun – its appearance and disappearance – expressed through architectural and interior elements. A carved segment of a circle on the brick façade symbolizes sunrise and sunset, while the incomplete circle reappears as arches defining each zone.
The Solar Bar represents “Dawn”, welcoming guests with soft, rhythmic lighting inspired by sunrays. In contrast, the Lunar Space and Lunar Bar embody “Dusk”, with dim, indirect lighting creating a calm, moonlit atmosphere. The Varda Room, inspired by the creator of stars in The Silmarillion, transforms into a starry sky with fiber optic lighting. Outdoors, the “New Moon” area features a circular pathway, offering a relaxed space for all guests. Aged brick ties the design together, reflecting warm tones of dawn and dusk, while creating a cohesive, cross-cultural ambiance.
