In the heart of Piraeus, behind the glass façade of a 1974 arcade, a former coffee shop becomes a spatial manifesto, a maritime club engineered for the sharp minds of shipping. Rooted in Chios, aligned with legacy, the design channels tradition through the precision of modern minimalism.
Nautical codes are distilled into architectural form: a custom marble bar, bronze reflections, soft curves, and strategic layering. Nothing is arbitrary. Every surface performs socially, symbolically, functionally. Composed, intelligent, and unapologetically distinguished, the space operates like a vessel: built for clarity, connection, and command. This is architecture in its most strategic form, for those who lead from the helm.
