Launched in 2018 as a regional initiative to explore the creative potential of Southeast Europe, the BIG SEE Awards have since grown into a globally recognised award.

Categories
Judging Criteria
The international jury of industry experts reviews the received applications based on the following qualities:
Submitted products are judged according to the received materials when applying. There is no physical sending of product to evaluation! Therefore, share with us the best material you have!
Among the awarded entries, the jury will also select one Grand Prix winner per category. All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Application Requirements
To participate in the Product Design Awards, products must have been launched within the past two years. Products still in the prototype phase are eligible only if they are scheduled for market launch by the end of March 2026.
Purely conceptual designs are not allowed, and each product must be submitted through a separate entry form.
A product collection can be submitted as one entry if launched at the same time.
Entries require a completed application form, visual materials (photos, video, presentations), and payment of the registration fee, which must be confirmed within 8 days of submission. Entries without confirmed payment will not be reviewed or judged.

Jury Process
- Evaluation Period: November 2025 – April 2026
The evaluation of submitted products is ongoing and begins shortly after the complete application (fee + materials) is received. Rather than a fixed judging date, judgments are conducted in several cycles, depending on submission volume.
Award Confirmation
- Winner Notification: Sent individually, on a rolling basis after evaluation.
- Award Logo and Certificate: Issued after payment is received.
BIG SEE Festival 2026

Registration Fee
Entrants are required to pay the registration fee upon submission.

The registration fee covers the cost of the judging process and is dependent on the submission period.

Payment options
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal through our official payment methods. Please ensure that payment is completed within the specified time frame to confirm participation and maintain eligibility for the award. Only payments made through the official accounts listed on our website will be recognized. Payments made through any other means will not be considered valid. Late or incomplete payments may result in disqualification from the awards process.

Award Logo Licence
Award recipients are granted the right to use the Award Logo for promotional purposes across digital and print channels. Displaying the logo strengthens credibility and visibility across all communications.

Winners receive an official certificate in PDF format, formally recognising their achievement in the BIG SEE Awards competition. The certificate serves as a mark of excellence and can be used across digital and print communications.

APPLICATION FORM
Do not forget to submit a minimum of 6 photographs of your product in high resolution with the name of the photographer, a portrait photo of the author or author team. Images will be used for print and web publication, so please ensure they reflect the project’s quality. The form must be completed in English.
