The transformation of the former Council Academy Building has created a contemporary educational environment while preserving the spirit of its modernist structure. The original building was a key ideological education center during the socialist era; from this closed world, we created an open university.
Its reinforced frame now forms a coherent spatial matrix, with communal areas and intimate meeting points. Interior spaces connect visually to the tree-filled park, softening boundaries and encouraging interaction. The campus supports learning as a continuous, multisensory experience and offers an adaptable framework for university life to evolve.
