BNP Paribas Cardif’s São Paulo HQ redefines hybrid work by prioritizing connection quality. Using our proprietary WorkXperience® methodology, the retrofit consolidated two floors into one, turning area reduction into strategic value. Guided by neuroarchitecture, the design utilizes biophilic elements, natural light, and authentic Brazilian materials to enhance well-being and cognitive focus.
The heart is the “Central Plaza”, a vibrant work café serving as a social hub. We restructured the layout, replacing idle rooms with a lounge framed by custom tapestries and bespoke chandeliers. While staff desks were reduced, collective spaces and modular training rooms were expanded and repositioned near work zones for organic exchange. Sustainable LED lighting and natural textures ensure high performance and a warm atmosphere. This project proves that modern workplaces must be living ecosystems that foster innovation and flexibility, reflecting the brand’s commitment to its people.
