Black Frame is more than a building: it is a manifesto of contemporary industrial architecture, where form and function achieve a perfect balance. The project stands out for its geometric purity, clean volumes, and continuous surfaces that express rigor and innovation. The façade is composed of large, regular panels, forming an essential grid, rhythmically interrupted by recessed windows framed by projecting black elements.
These “black frames”, from which the building takes its name, create visual depth and dynamism, while the contrast between the light panels and dark details evolves with the natural light. The entrance, marked by a sculptural, inclined, black volume, represents a bold architectural gesture. Inside, the spaces are designed to ensure functionality, comfort, and flexibility, enhanced by abundant natural light. Black Frame combines minimal aesthetics, durable materials, and meticulous attention to detail, positioning itself as a new architectural landmark within its urban context.
