In contemporary work culture, people spend a significant portion of their lives within office environments. For the MV Corporate Office, the design concept was driven by the idea of creating a “home away from home”. A workspace conceived around human experience, comfort, and well-being. The project prioritizes the user, fostering a sense of belonging that enhances productivity, reduces stress, and promotes a healthy work environment. Located in Villahermosa, Tabasco, the project occupies 1.209 m² on a single level.

The spatial organization balances efficiency and flexibility, integrating private managerial offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, and a collaborative work area designed for over 80 users. Complementary spaces, such as dining and kitchen areas, call rooms, locker facilities, reception zones (general and executive), and a dedicated lounge, contribute to a holistic workplace experience that supports both professional and social interaction. The client is a young, forward-thinking company with an average team age of 35.

In response, the design explores various spatial configurations and material palettes, resulting in an open and dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and transparency. Vibrant acoustic wall panels, textured flooring, distinctive furniture pieces, and polished concrete-inspired surfaces are carefully combined to achieve a balanced atmosphere, one that merges a strong corporate identity with a fresh, playful, and contemporary character.
