Located on the slopes of Ayvacık, Çanakkale, Arazi is a rural tourism settlement designed for communal living. The project integrates a hotel, recording studio, bungalows, camping area, and an event space into the natural landscape near Assos. The site organization is defined by a main axis connecting three gently sloped zones: the hotel, sea-facing event space, and camping area.

The hotel utilizes a hybrid structure with a stone / concrete ground floor for shared living and a wooden upper floor featuring six private rooms. Nearby, bungalows are elevated on steel columns to protect existing vegetation while maximizing sea views. The lowest zone houses the campsite, accessible via stairways. Arazi’s design philosophy balances local materials like stone, wood, and reed with modern steel and MEP systems. This sustainable approach ensures the complex remains deeply rooted in its geography while offering contemporary comfort through innovative construction.
