Studio Tali Gotthilf designed the Amdocs North Campus in Nazareth, Israel: 3.500 sqm across two floors, plus a 700 sqm rooftop terrace. The project translates Amdocs’ inclusive culture into a human-scale workplace that balances community, privacy, and adaptability. The open plan is organized into “workplace neighborhoods” that encourage organic collaboration. Sliding partitions serve as writable acoustic screens, while film glass preserves daylight and views.
Focus booths, glass “capsules”, and flexible meeting rooms support seamless shifts between concentrated and social work, with the rooftop terrace extending daily routines outdoors. A “digital dots” motif – an homage to punch-card heritage – appears in backlit perforated panels, patterned glass, and ventilated lockers. Innovation is expressed as continuous flow through sculptural, meandering corridor lighting that guides movement. Sustainability is embedded through reuse of existing systems, cork and recycled acoustic materials, 100% recycled-plastic furniture/acoustic elements, efficient LEDs with daylight harvesting, a green roof, and EV-ready parking.
