Located in Cancún, this residence is conceived as a composition of pure volumes, where proportion and materiality define its character. A palette of earth tones establishes a subtle dialogue with its surroundings, while natural materials from the region bring warmth and a timeless identity. The house is organized around a lateral staircase that runs through a double-height space, structuring the interior as a continuous, spatial sequence. On the ground floor, social areas open toward the garden through an integrated kitchen, accompanied by a bedroom, service areas, and a space for pets integrated into daily life. The residence features four bedrooms, designed with cross ventilation and natural light, creating fresh and luminous environments connected to the outdoors. More than a house, it is a space shaped by care, closeness, and shared well-being.
