The World’s First Zero CO2 Emission Tire Factory Office by Morphoza Project

Our client took a bold step with a new facility, set to become the world’s first tire factory with zero CO₂ emissions. For Nokian Tyres in Oradea, we designed an office space aligned with these sustainability goals, while enhancing employee experience. The 1.500 sqm workspace integrates eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and a Nordic-inspired aesthetic with clean lines and natural textures.

Designed for wellbeing, it prioritizes ergonomics, biophilia, acoustics, and privacy. The layout includes open workspaces, cellular offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas filled with natural light. Key features include integrated greenery, acoustic solutions, flexible furniture, and social hubs like kitchens and collaboration zones that encourage interaction. The result is a sustainable, functional, and inspiring workplace that supports both performance and community.
