“ICHIKO ICHIE” is an incense brand produced by a company that deals in Takimono Senko (incense sticks blended with fragrance), and has a history of over 200 years since its establishment in the first year of the Bunka era. We plan to reopen the Hankyu Sanbangai Store in Osaka. The interior is made of natural materials, such as natural stone, and is handmade by plasterers.

This is because we want to express our brand concept of not only creating a good fragrance by blending fragrances, but also making use of the fragrance of the raw materials themselves, such as natural fragrant woods and essential oils. In the center of the store, there is a Honkomatsu Stone that has various stone surfaces and colors, even with just one stone, and has a different expression depending on the processing and finishing method. This expresses the scent of incense that changes depending on the mood, place, and time. We planned the interior symmetrically and made it as simple as possible to highlight the colorful product packaging, and to create a space where you can concentrate on the fragrance and experience incense with your five senses, despite its location in Hankyu Sanbangai, a constantly busy area.
