Hive is transforming the Boehringer site in Göppingen into a forward-thinking technology campus that unites development, application, and production within an architectural concept. The “house-in-house” principle forms the center: 22 upcycled shipping containers create a modular structure spanning two levels, offering space for workshops, prototyping areas, and laboratories.

A central marketplace with a cafeteria and meeting rooms fosters exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration. The industrial aesthetic, and the flexible spatial structure gives the campus its distinctive character, creating a vibrant place where ideas become reality.
