Marigona Tower is a landmark hospitality high rise in central Prishtina, where half of the building is dedicated to a four star Marriott Hotel that offers guest rooms, suites, dining spaces, and conference facilities. The remaining upper portion hosts a contemporary business hub, creating a mixed use, vertical program that serves international travelers and corporate users.
The glass and aluminum façade expresses verticality and transparency, while reinforcing the presence of the tower within the evolving skyline. As one of the first internationally branded hotels in Kosovo, the project strengthens the tourism economy, increases employment, and supports business events. With its strategic urban position, refined materiality, and dual hospitality and office composition, Marigona Tower contributes to modern tourism and urban development in Prishtina.
