On the edge of the settlement, near the TIVOLI sports complex, a subsidized housing complex with 17 residential units was designed for a non-profit developer. The six-story building clearly and confidently marks the settlement boundary as a head building set back three stories in height from the neighboring buildings to the north.
The building is accessed from the east via a well-lit staircase, located centrally within the building. An open passageway leads to the spacious, communal green space on the west side of the property. The façades were designed in a subdued, natural tone, yet with fresh color accents. The project emerged from an architectural competition.
