Simon Jendreizik enhanced his woodworking skills with a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction from VIA University College in Denmark in 2015. After gaining practical experience at the architectural studio COBE in Berlin, he continued his studies at Beuth University of Applied Sciences and the Technical University of Berlin. Since 2016, he has been a Project Manager at Sigurd Larsen Design & Architecture.
Sigurd Larsen Design & Architecture was founded in 2010 in Berlin by Danish architect Sigurd Larsen, who specializes in architecture and furniture design. The studio has successfully completed projects across a variety of typologies, including residential buildings, hotels, educational and cultural facilities, while continuing to explore new design directions. Their work seeks to combine the aesthetics of high-quality materials with functional concepts for complex spaces.
Sigurd Larsen has designed furniture for various German, Danish, and American design companies, with pieces sold worldwide. Many of his creations are available at FormelA stores in Berlin and Copenhagen. He graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen and has collaborated with prestigious firms such as OMA – Rem Koolhaas in New York, MVRDV in Rotterdam, and COBE in Copenhagen. Since 2016, he has been a professor at BAU International Berlin – University of Applied Sciences, where he researches and teaches building design and visual communication.
