Novica Mitrovic (1985) is architect born in Montenegro. Novica has graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Montenegro where he received their postgraduate Master’s degrees in Architecture. He is founder and CEO of architectural studio No form architects based in Podgorica. As architect he was included in more then 100 different projects and urban plans.

From 2017 – 2022 he was executive board member in Engineers Chambers of Montenegro. From 2022 he is President of Professional chambers of architects in Montenegro. Represent Montenegro in Architects’ Council of Europe – AC. He is also co-founder an General director of conference Days of architecture. As architect two time awarded on international competitions, was jury member in six competitions, and lecturer on many events.
