Dr Antoine Zammit is the founder and director of STUDJURBAN, an award-winning architectural and urban design boutique studio which he set up in 2012. He has over 24 years of experience as both an architect and an urban designer, and he is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta. Antoine’s strength lies in translating complex urban challenges into clear, deliverable strategies – balancing design ambition with governance, stakeholder alignment and implementation realities. Across academia and practice, he is known for a rigorous, systems-based approach that connects public space, mobility, heritage and resilience into coherent place-making outcomes. He has been instrumental in shaping recent urban design policy-making in Malta and pushing for pedestrian environments with rethought mobility strategies.​
