The VHV Reasürans Istanbul office was designed to reflect the company’s contemporary corporate identity while encouraging collaboration and flexibility in daily work life. The spatial concept balances openness and transparency with carefully defined zones for focused work, meetings, and social interaction.
The office is organized with two separate entrances, serving the executive and operational departments. Positioned between these areas, a central collaboration zone allows the spaces to either function independently or connect when needed, supporting different modes of work and interaction. Each department was designed according to its specific functional needs, while maintaining a cohesive spatial language. Natural materials, warm wood textures, and neutral tones create a welcoming atmosphere, while glass partitions maximize daylight and visual continuity throughout the office.
