Founded in Florence by Sabrina Bignami and Alessandro Capellaro, b-arch works at the intersection of architecture and interior design, developing projects across residential, hospitality, restaurant, retail and corporate spaces.

The studio follows each project from architectural layout and concept definition to construction management, curating interiors, furniture, vintage pieces, and artworks. For b-arch, architecture is a continuous process in which the identity of a place emerges from both the overall vision and the quality of its details. Creativity grows through dialogue with clients, contexts, artisans, artists, and builders, combining Italian craft culture, technical expertise, contemporary research, and an international outlook.

Over the years, b-arch has built long-standing collaborations with Italian and international brands seeking to translate identity, heritage and vision into architectural experience. Among the most significant is Ginori 1735, for which the studio designed concept stores in Milan and Paris, the Cafè Ginori venues in New York, Florence, Rome and Abu Dhabi, and the restyling of the historic Manifattura near Floren-ce. b-arch has also worked with Ruffino 1877, Lanificio Cangioli 1859 and Ottod’Ame.

In hospitality and restaurant design, the studio creates spaces that combine atmosphere, local identity, contemporary comfort, and a precise understanding of guest experience. Its portfolio includes Dimora Santagatha in Noto, I Vivai al Parugiano in Tuscany, VIVA and FAAK in Milan with Viviana Varese, Atto in Florence with Vito Mollica, Il Gusto di Xin Ge, and international venues for Big Wine Freaks in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Singapore.

In the residential field, b-arch interprets the home as a narrative and identity-building space. Projects such as Palazzo Orlandi, Palazzo Spinelli, Lungarno alle Grazie, Podere Moci, and several private villas express the studio’s essential elegance and its ability to connect architecture, interiors, and landscape.
