The project consists of a two-story single-family house designed for a steeply sloping plot with a height difference of approximately 3 meters. A split-level system was adopted to respond to the topography, while enhancing spatial quality. From the street, the house reads as a single-story volume, while the rear façade develops over two levels.

Pedestrian and vehicular access occur at street level, leading to an upper half-level with private areas and a lower half-level dedicated to social spaces, aligned with the natural ground level. Although designated as floor -1, the lower level is fully above ground, with façades facing east, south, and west, ensuring abundant natural light and ventilation. The program is organized into three areas: entrance level with garage, technical spaces, and guest room / home office; upper level with three suites, including a master suite; and a lower level containing living, dining, and kitchen areas, fully opening onto the exterior. The social spaces are conceived as a continuous, flexible environment, with material continuity enhancing spatial flow. Large glazed openings connect the interior to covered terraces, garden, and swimming pool.

The project adopts a contemporary architectural language, combining exposed concrete, wood, and stone, and promoting a strong relationship between architecture, landscape, and daily living.
