The house unfolds across two levels, its volumetric form composed of juxtaposed rectangular prisms. This arrangement creates a dynamic yet cohesive silhouette, through a deliberate play of solid masses and voids. Carefully controlled proportions, combined with contrasting textures and tones between simple white plaster finishes and large-format, dark mineral ceramic cladding, deliver an elegant yet understated appearance.
These clad areas visually define monolithic, prismatic volumes, separated and articulated by the transparency of window voids. The strategic use of cantilevers and overhangs – positioned above both the ground floor and first floor – provides effective solar control for the oversized glazing facing the courtyard. Designed to nZEB standards, the house integrates both passive and active energy-efficient solutions.
