F-topia is a quiet architectural intervention in the northern landscape of Kefalonia, within an area of exceptional natural beauty. At the core of the site, a preserved, traditional threshing circle remains untouched, becoming the conceptual and spatial anchor of the project. Two summer residences are gently arranged around it, forming a protective gesture that acknowledges collective memory and establishes continuity between past and present.

Derived from eu–topos, an attainable and lived place, F-topia articulates a paradigm of slow living architecture, where space encourages attentiveness, calmness, and meaningful inhabitation. The dwellings follow the natural morphology of the terrain and unfold on single planes, reinforcing spatial clarity and embodied experience. All architectural decisions stem from deliberate intentions towards calmness and simplicity, guided by respect for the site, closeness to nature, and an active engagement with locality. Restrained volumes, a quiet material palette, and symmetrical openings ensure continuity between interior, exterior, and landscape.
