Coral Residence, Varna

Coral Residence is located on the main road Varna – Golden Sands, just behind the first line, in a residential area. The complex consists of two buildings, in two adjacent properties, separated from the street by future regulation. Advantages – excellent location, panorama from the second floor to the sea, visibility from the main road and disadvantages – the main road that generates noise, not very good environment of existing buildings built in recent years.
In creating the concept, we were able to simultaneously incorporate new volumes into the middle and improve the aesthetics with an unobtrusive yet original facade solution. The volume of the buildings is straightforward, simple in shape, and the “fitted aperture” of the facade gives it airiness, character and, at the same time, helps to reduce the noise level in the living quarters.
