The Arsan Kimya Office emerges from a shell-and-core space, characterized by a two-level configuration and the generosity of a six-meter ceiling height. The project embraces this spatial potential through a precise architectural transformation that preserves the vertical openness, while inserting a mezzanine to accommodate social and collaborative functions within the double-height volume.
The layout is guided by clarity, flexibility, and continuity, fostering intuitive circulation and supporting diverse modes of working. Open workspaces, meeting areas, and shared amenities are carefully integrated to encourage interaction and collective productivity. Exposed structural surfaces retain the raw essence of the space, while layered color fields and biophilic elements introduce warmth and reflect the company’s contemporary identity. Balancing restraint with expressive gestures, the design establishes a refined workplace where spatial depth, material honesty, and human experience converge.
