Heritage Villa Spindler, a culturally protected Baroque villa from the 18th century, is located near the historic old town of Dubrovnik, offering a central view of the iconic Minčeta Tower. Restored in accordance with the conservation guidelines of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, the project masterfully combines historical architecture with modern luxury while carefully preserving the villa’s original charm and beauty.
The villa features eight rooms, each named after a muse to symbolize art and creativity. The interiors are enriched with colors inspired by restored paintings, creating an ambiance that reflects the villa’s historical significance. Contemporary furniture and lighting designs further enhance the harmony of the space.
In the garden, a swimming pool and a unique outdoor shower crafted from Kanfanar stone provide a luxurious touch. The villa and pool offer breathtaking views of the Dubrovnik city walls, blending historical grandeur with serene comfort. The villa’s exterior design complements the lush garden, creating a tranquil oasis where the rich history of Dubrovnik meets modern elegance.
