The new Bajgle Etc. express branch on Wodna Street in Poznań combines playful design with vibrant colors inspired by bagels. Round shapes unify the space, appearing on the floors to separate zones and enhance the building’s historic charm. Repeated arches add visual interest and define functional areas. A functional analysis optimized customer flow, seamlessly integrating catering technology with diverse seating options, including high tables, window seats, a communal bench, and a designated courier area.
A recessed counter invites exploration, leading to a central table surrounded by a lush plant – an inviting spot for waiting, socializing, or enjoying freshly made bagels. Wood accents and bold colors transition seamlessly across floors, walls, and ceilings, further enriched by Paradyż Neve Creative tiles designed by Maja Ganszyniec.
The Instagram-famous bathroom features playful details like a bagel-shaped mirror and bold textures. Seating options, such as MDD New School chairs, Pedrali pedestals, and Miam hockers, ensure comfort while blending style with functionality. Bajgle Etc. offers a space where creative design meets practicality and everyday charm.
