Opened in December 2017 in Klammstr. 7 in Linz in a listed building steeped in history. Known to many as the former Linz parlor, we revitalize the old walls. Not only the interior reflects the play between old and new, the dishes are based on Grandma's kitchen - just newer.
The relationship to our products is very important to us. That is why we work a lot with regional producers. We want to support small businesses from Austria and therefore increasingly rely on family businesses and small dealers.
