PROJECT SUBMISSION
Launched in 2018 as a regional initiative to explore the creative potential of Southeast Europe, the BIG SEE Awards have since grown into a globally recognised award. Today, they honour outstanding achievements in architecture and product design from around the world.
BIG SEE is more than just an award. It is a cultural and business platform that connects original creative achievements in architecture and interior design globally. Shouting originality, bold ideas, and context-sensitive design fosters meaningful exchange and lasting visibility on the international stage.

Application Requirements
Judging Criteria
The international jury of industry experts reviews the received applications based on the following qualities:
- innovation, intelligent design, and originality
- environmental sensitivity and sustainability
- cultural and social awareness
- functionality: how the project achieves its stated goals
Among the awarded entries, the jury will also select one Grand Prix winner per category. All jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Jury Process
- Evaluation Period: August 2025 – April 2026
The evaluation of submitted projects is ongoing and begins shortly after the complete application (fee + materials) is received. Rather than a fixed judging date, judgments are conducted in several cycles, depending on submission volume.
Award Confirmation
- Winner Notification: Sent individually, on a rolling basis after evaluation.
- Award Logo and Certificate: Issued after payment is received.
BIG SEE Festival

Registration Fee
Entrants are required to pay the registration fee upon submission.

The registration fee covers the cost of the judging process and is dependent on the submission period.

Payment options
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal through our official payment methods. Please ensure that payment is completed within the specified time frame to confirm participation and maintain eligibility for the award. Only payments made through the official accounts listed on our website will be recognized. Payments made through any other means will not be considered valid. Late or incomplete payments may result in disqualification from the awards process.

Award Logo Licence
Award recipients are granted the right to use the Award Logo for promotional purposes across digital and print channels. Displaying the logo strengthens credibility and visibility across all communications.

Award Certificate
Winners receive an official certificate in PDF format, formally recognising their achievement in the BIG SEE Awards competition. The certificate serves as a mark of excellence and can be used across digital and print communications.

Award Trophy
Award recipients will receive their trophy in person during the event. If you are unable to attend the festival, the trophy can be shipped to you; a €150 delivery fee applies.

Winners are invited to present their awarded project live on stage in a concise 3-minute format, supported by up to 10 compelling slides.
