91 Athens Riviera is conceived as an exercise in balance – between architecture and landscape, enclosure and openness, permanence and transience. The low-rise buildings are modest in scale and framed by wooden pergolas that mediate the transition between interior and exterior spaces.
Earth-toned hues and the use of earthen brick further anchor the architecture within its natural context. The resort is seamlessly integrated into the landscape through an organic master plan. The development comprises 30 cabanas, articulated in distinct typologies according to their setting – along the beachfront, nestled within lush greenery, or positioned beside the lake.
Each unit is conceived as a cocoon within nature, offering an immersive relationship with the surrounding environment while ensuring a refined standard of comfort and understated luxury.
