Set within Padmini VNA’s Gurugram factory warehouse, the new office unfolds inside a tall industrial shell, bisected by a mezzanine that shapes space while preserving volume. Open workstations form the heart of the plan, flanked by cabins, meeting rooms, and breakout pockets that move between openness and enclosure, balancing collaboration with quiet focus.

The industrial frame is composed with rather than concealed. A double height reception remains open to the shell, while the exposed mezzanine creates a rhythm between expansive and compressed volumes. Terracotta toned paint wraps services and metalwork, softening rawness without losing grit. A restrained palette and reuse of existing elements reflect the brand’s long standing values of efficiency and sustainability.

Natural light is drawn deep into the plan, reducing dependence on artificial lighting, while custom fixtures add precision where needed. Breakout zones sit at the margins, with booth lined alcoves for informal conversations below and a mezzanine lounge above. Furnished with solid timber, rugged textiles, and artwork by emerging Indian makers, the lounge is durable yet warm, designed for client and investor meetings.

W shaped terracotta modules recur as porous screens, dividing without disconnecting. Used as railings, backdrops, and thresholds, they filter light and air, creating a cohesive architectural language that allows the workplace to breathe.
