Como Lounge Café marks the brand’s first branch in Dubai and its second location beyond Al Ain. The design carries a subtle reference to its origins, drawing inspiration from the natural landscapes of Al Ain and reinterpreting them through a contemporary urban language suited to Dubai.
The interior is organized around a continuous “datum wall” that wraps through the space, acting as a unifying backdrop for key functions. Finished with rough-textured tiles made from recycled glass and porcelain, the wall introduces depth and tactility, contrasting with refined elements, such as brushed stainless steel. A sculptural coffee counter anchors the space, both visually and functionally. Its composition recalls the balance of stones in nature, combining solid marble volumes with polished stainless steel forms in a seemingly weightless arrangement. Above, a custom stainless steel canopy reinforces this dialogue of heaviness and lightness. Carefully curated materials and details create a calm, cohesive environment rooted in the brand’s identity.
