On the Monte Pana plateau in St. Christina, the Hotel Cendevaves has been expanded with an architectural composition that integrates into the Dolomite landscape with restraint and sensitivity. The extension continues the existing structure in material, scale, and atmosphere rather than contrasting it.

Wood as the defining element, generous glazing, and clear, reduced forms create an architecture of quiet elegance. Connected underground to the existing garage, the new wing houses 27 light-filled rooms, including a 90 m² suite and an open breakfast area with panoramic views. Above the restaurant, a new wellness area with indoor pool and whirlpool offers a retreat with a view, while the expanded à-la-carte restaurant adds a refined culinary experience. Seamless transitions between inside and out, frameless glazing, and warm timber cladding convey lightness and intimacy.

The result: an architecture that unites relaxation, landscape, and place in a harmonious whole.
