The building is a multi-family residence situated in the central area of Sofia, Bulgaria, near Zaimov Park. Characterized by urban disarray, the location lacks a specific stylistic context. The aim was to create a timeless design with a nod to mid-century Sofia architecture. Exterior materials were carefully selected to achieve this aesthetic, including white hammered limestone, wood, and metal.
The small size of the plot, along with other urban factors, imposed limitations on the size of the building. Each floor comprises a single apartment, custom-designed to meet the needs of its inhabitants.
