Sabina Hodović is an architect and the Creative Director of Maketarium. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo in 2016. During her studies, she actively volunteered in organizing Architecture Days and was a member of the Association of Architecture Students. She also founded the Architecture Students’ Photo Club, through which she organized numerous exhibitions aimed at refreshing the creative atmosphere and strengthening student activism.
From her second year of university, Sabina worked in architectural practice, while she had already been developing her skills in photography and film since high school. In her fourth year, together with a group of colleagues, she won the Collegium Artisticum Award for a conceptual design.
The idea of starting her own architectural practice emerged during her studies, and after working in several of the most active architectural studios in Sarajevo, she co-founded a private practice with colleagues through Maketarium. They have been actively working on independent projects from 2018 to the present.
