We are an office in the beautiful Upper Austria, near the German border. We currently employ 3 additional people, a technical draftsman, an assistant and an accountant. In recent years we have mainly specialized in commercial buildings, from normal industrial and commercial construction to hotel construction. Our main focus is the complete execution of the construction task. We do everything from the draft / submission planning / detailed planning – to the local construction supervision.
Another part of our office work is the development of food markets and in the project development of company locations. Especially for the Fa. Unimarkt, we have built more than 20 food markets here in the last 10 years.
For the company wintersteiger, knoblinger and langzauner we have already been able to build some productionhalls, office buildings etc.
Of course, one must not forget the Trench test hall, which was also a novelty for us. Building such a large hall without any steel fasteners was only possible with a very good timber builder. It would not have been possible without his innovative strength
Basically, we can handle with our office any constructionbuliding with construction costs of up to approx. 15 million euros
