Delivered as a full design and build project, this office fit-out for a global Fintech company required strict adherence to the client’s international brand guidelines while creating a workspace that genuinely puts people first. The brief centered on two core values: sustainability and employee wellbeing.

Materials and finishes were selected with environmental impact in mind, prioritizing low-emission, responsibly sourced products throughout. Biophilic elements, optimized natural light, and dedicated quiet and collaborative zones were integrated to support focus, creativity, and comfort. Every design decision balanced the precision and professionalism expected of a leading financial technology brand with the warmth of a space employees are proud to work in.
