Felix Perasso studied Architecture in Innsbruck (Austria) and Lund (Sweden). His master thesis investigated strategies for the activation of abandoned infrastructures and applied the research on a vision for the city center of Genova (Italy). He worked for OMA in Rotterdam and Snøhetta in Innsbruck and Oslo, and is currently teaching as a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck – Studio 2. In 2019 he founded Atelier Perasso,
a think tank that operates in Architecture and Urban Design and that uses a conceptual approach to design the impact of a building before its form.
His works were exhibited upon others at the 13th Venice Architecture Biennale, the EXPO Real in Munich and the Prague Experimental Architecture Biennale and were honored with awards such as the Klimahouse Wood Architecture Prize in the category experimental architecture.
