DOMA – solid wood dining chair

The classic base of the chair is a balanced and smooth composition. The entire concept is dominated by round surfaces that gently delineate the seat and discreetly join all the elements. The soft transitions underline the compactness of the piece, suggesting the direction that was followed in designing the collection. The backrest is made of a solid surface, ergonomically curved and slanted, and joined with the seat by the back legs that are semicircular in base. The legs seamlessly connect to the slanting backrest, supporting the harmony of forms. Together with the front legs, they envelop the volume of the seat, which consists of a solid frame and a soft, upholstered seating surface. The compact composition is unobtrusive and powerful at the same time, enriched with delicate transitions in the elaboration of details.
