This three-room apartment is situated on the top floor of a small boutique building in the center of the city of Burgas. With its panoramic 180-degree view, just meters from the main pedestrian street of the city, this charming apartment offers unforgettable experiences, opportunities to make new acquaintances, and a great chance for the new owners to quickly integrate into the city. An adventurous family from Germany has decided to explore new opportunities here in Bulgaria.
Inspired by the ‘Loft’ style, I have combined all the living areas into one space. The open layouts allow for a clear separation of the kitchen area and a relaxation area, integrated with the entrance area without the need for partition walls. Such layouts compel me to maintain consistency in design throughout the apartment. I adhere to earthy colors and materials, matte finishes, pastel shades, and incorporate my favorite industrial elements.
