BIG Architecture will take place in the historically impressive building of the former Grando salt warehouse, which dates back to the first half of the 19th century. Originally significant for salt farmers as a storage space for harvested salt, today it serves as a venue for various local and international events, including concerts, congresses, promotional activities, and exhibitions. The building’s simple yet massive architecture features 2.5-meter-thick walls and 28-meter-long beams, with the longest wooden beams in Slovenia made from single pieces of wood.
