FLAME UP

For this project, I focused on the design of a contemporary wood-burning stove. This involved developing a unique and functional design concept, followed by creating a detailed 3D model that captured the product's technical aspects and aesthetic qualities. I produced a series of high-quality renders to visualize the stove in different settings and with different materials. Additionally, I designed visual assets and graphic elements to support the presentation and communication of the concept. The aim was to blend clean design, practicality and a strong visual identity to create a cohesive product.

MIU

MIU is a conceptual project centered on designing and creating a handcrafted soap product. I developed the project's overall visual concept, including the product design, material selection and sensory identity of the soap. The process involved designing a minimalist yet distinctive shape that reflects the brand's essence of purity, softness and intention.

In addition to designing the product, I created all the supporting graphics, including the packaging, visual identity and promotional materials. I also participated in the physical production of the soap itself, carefully selecting the ingredients and overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure consistency between form and function.

CAT LOUNGE

This project involved designing and handcrafting a cat lounge. The aim was to create a resting spot that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and which would fit naturally into a modern interior while offering the pet comfort.

I developed a simple, elegant design that responds to the natural behavior and posture of cats. The lounge was then carefully handcrafted with great attention to detail, material quality and overall finish. The result is a cozy, minimalist piece that strikes a balance between design, utility and craftsmanship — not only made for cats, but also with their habits in mind.

ALENA MIKEŠOVÁ

I focused on the intersection of graphic and product design, where I strive to systematically integrate visual form with practical function. My work is built on an analytical approach to every brief, ensuring that the resulting aesthetic is never arbitrary but emerges directly from the core of the project. Within the graphic discipline, I emphasize structural clarity, information hierarchy, and precise typography, while in product design, I prioritize ergonomics and the logic of user interaction.

In my creative process, I avoid unnecessary visual noise in favor of solutions that are both intelligible and sustainable. I believe that high-quality design must be internally consistent; therefore, I approach digital outputs and physical objects with the same demand for technical accuracy and craftsmanship. My portfolio reflects an ability to adapt to diverse themes and media—ranging from brand identities to conceptual product development—while maintaining a commitment to stripping away the superfluous to reach a high visual and functional standard.
