Dom Izgradnja is a Dubrovnik based architectural and construction company, with a thirty-year legacy in restoring high-category heritage sites, including residential buildings, fortifications, and sacred monuments. Today, supported by a dedicated team of civil engineers, architects, architectural technicians, and skilled craftsmen, we are deeply committed to the high-quality reconstruction and restoration of buildings that form the bedrock of our cultural and historical heritage. In addition to our restoration work, we specialize in the design and construction of new residential projects.

Our project workflow begins in office with the development of comprehensive project documentation and architectural plans, and afterwards, the process transitions to the construction site.

A key strength of the company is its own specialized carpentry and metal workshop for crafting unique interior elements personalized for every client. Today, the company is led by a unique family synergy - the father, who founded the company, and his daughter and son - an architect and a civil engineer.
Dom Izgradnja was founded 30 years ago by a father, alongside his friends and colleagues. Growing up in such an environment, both of his descendants developed a passion for architecture and construction. This naturally evolved into a shared vision - one day lead the family business by offering a comprehensive solution that integrates architectural design, interior design, and construction management.

Driven by this goal, after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb, both of them returned to Dubrovnik.
Together, they continue family tradition and passion by blending three decades of expertise with the fresh perspective, integrating architectural vision with technical execution. Their approach is rooted in preservation of historical foundations while introducing contemporary design elements within the Mediterranean cultural identity.
