Taskforce BPO by Delight Office Solution

The Taskforce offices in Skopje span 4,500 m² across five floors and accommodate more than 700 workplaces. The project is conceived as a dynamic workplace ecosystem, where each level naturally connects to the next, creating a clear and functional spatial continuity. The interior is defined by carefully selected materials, textures, and handcrafted murals that introduce a modern yet balanced corporate atmosphere. The workspace is structured through several interconnected zones that support different modes of work and interaction.

The Welcoming Zone creates the first impression through calm tones and accent colors, while the Resident Zone forms the core workspace, organized as an open-plan environment supported by glass partitions and acoustic wall systems. The Meeting Zone includes flexible conference rooms, compact phone booths, and informal collaboration settings. Social Zones, distributed throughout the office, encourage interaction and relaxation, while Resource Zones provide lockers, storage, and operational support. Flooring transitions and material changes subtly guide movement and spatial organization.
