Chromatic Chamber – Scenic Living in a Historic Building: Renovation of a historic apartment in Vienna for a private client. Through a skillful reconfiguration, a circulation route was created, featuring clear sightlines and carefully staged sequences of spaces. The design conceives the apartment as a choreographed sequence of rooms with distinct atmospheres, connected by color and visual relationships.

The entryway sets a graphic tone with herringbone flooring and graphic wallpaper; a custom-made, mirrored cabinet structures and reflects the space. The bathroom serves as a connecting element between the entryway and the kitchen, creating new pathways. In indigo, it contrasts with the pink kitchen, which is designed as a bright, minimalist space with deliberate red accents. A study with bold colors energizes the sequence. The salon, with its walnut paneling, feels warm and stately. The living room, finished in petrol blue, serves as a calm counterpoint. The result is a cohesive, spatial experience of color, material, and depth.
