Psukhe is a project that reimagines the intersection of science fiction and experimental design. From fiction to collection: Each piece is carefully extracted from the novel and brought to reality in the form of collectibles. The first piece, the Psukhe Chair, is a tripod that defies gravity. Through an engineering reminiscent of the making of concept cars, the chair combines milled aluminum, laminated carbon fiber, and water-jet steel ballast to distribute the weight and solve a silhouette that should have been unfeasible by design. Made in the Old Continent, the Psukhe Chair is numbered and built on demand in a Limited Edition of 13.
