With its small footprint and clearly structured, flexible floor plans, it generates plenty of open space and retreats for four residents on just 155 square meters of living space. A sustainable building that guarantees a long service life with its robust, honest materials and simple conversion. With its final energy requirement of 18.1 kWh/(sqm.a) and its solid, simple building services with solar power, it ensures ecological operation.
