Suspended between sea and sky in Yalıkavak, this villa by Beliz Görgül Interior Design unfolds as a secret sanctuary. Conceived in the wake of the pandemic as a year-round refuge, it lies within a garden of bougainvillea, olive trees, and a shimmering pool, where daily life drifts between nature and horizon.
The architecture opens wide to the Aegean, framing its blues through vast panes of glass, while interiors weave together bespoke pieces with iconic designs from B&B Italia, Maxalto, and Moooi. The “Petal” dining table anchors the space – its rotating form a quiet choreography that brings people together in constant motion. Each room tells its own story: the “Resort Room”, with bamboo and rattan, evokes distant shores, while the “Pink Room” borrows its hues from blooming bougainvillea. Soft pastels, natural textures, and crafted details compose a warm and poetic atmosphere.
More than a house, it is a retreat – an intimate dialogue between human life and the elemental beauty of the Mediterranean.
