Tom Frantzen is both an architect and a developer. With his innovative approach, which combines architectural design on his own initiative with construction management, he creates architectural innovations that are unparalleled. Last year, he completed the innovative PATCH22 building in Amsterdam, which at 30 meters is the tallest wooden building in the Netherlands. This year, the building received the prestigious WAN 2016 award for the best residential building in the world and the Green Award presented by the Chicago Arthenaeum. The building was also shortlisted for the Amsterdam Zuiderkerk Award and the Dutch ARC2016 Award in the architectural innovation category.
